Exteria Street and Park Outfitters provided a complete range of park furniture and structures to the City of Joondalup for the new Delamere Park.
The fitout of this premier park includes a range of Exteria’s aluminium park furniture and steel shade shelters, which all incorporate the distinctive ‘Lawn Green’ colour to fit within the landscape design theme.
Aluminium was the slat material of choice for the Broadwater Seat and Table Setting and Hamilton Park Seat, for its corrosion resistance and ability to endure the rigours of public use.
The Driftwood Steel Shelter was selected to provide a shaded area for the table settings, and adapted to match the landscape design theme. The well-matched colour theme was achieved by incorporating ‘Monument’ and ‘Lawn Green’ frame powdercoat colours. The aluminium battens were finished in ‘Clear Anodised’, offering an effective contrast tone to the shade shelters frame finishes.
Also included in the project was a Yarra 3 Toilet Building from Modus Australia which was customised to suit the unique requirements of the park.

Exteria attended the official opening of Delamere Park and enjoyed the community embracing the new space, and using the park furniture. A local City of Joondalup resident, Beverly said; “Delamere Park has been open for two weeks now and every day the local children and families have been utilising the Park. It is great to see!”
