Exteria Street and Park Outfitters worked directly with Southern Cross Construction and Perth Domestic Airport to supply and install new public furniture at the domestic airport terminal.
The public furniture selected was the aluminium Transit Bench Seats and Walter Pressed Metal Bin Surrounds. Both are designed and manufactured in Perth to withstand the rigours that go with high traffic public spaces.
Exteria’s public furniture is manufactured to withstand everything a busy public space can throw at it. The aluminium Transit Bench Seat is designed to resist everyday wear and tear, and stand up against vandals year after year. Wall mounted fixing allows easy cleaning below the bench seat, and creates a continuous aesthetic so the bench seating can span the required long distances.
Aluminium material selected for the Transit Bench Seat frame and slats for its durability and capacity to resist vandalism. The wall mounted bench seat fixing is robust and dependable to endure the high traffic flow through the domestic airport terminal collection area. Exteria’s Walter Pressed Metal Bin Surround provides an aesthetic housing for a 120 litre bin, and successfully compliments the architectural shade shelters with a stylish and functional curved hood.
